• Requests submitted after the 3-day window may not be honored
• Revisions are limited to the scope of the original service; requests outside that scope may incur additional fees

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14 HHS Social Agent — Terms of Use

HHS Social Agent is a local, self-hosted social media management tool available to licensed users of Hustle Hard Services for scheduling and publishing content to Facebook Business Pages and connected Instagram professional accounts. The following terms apply specifically to the operation of this tool.

Authorized Use Only

HHS Social Agent acts solely on behalf of the authorized Facebook Page and connected Instagram professional account administrator. It can only post to, read from, or manage Pages and Instagram accounts for which the connected access token has administrator-level permission. Use of the tool is limited to accounts explicitly authorized by the account owner.

User Responsibility for Published Content

All content published through HHS Social Agent — including Facebook posts, Instagram posts and media, comments, and insights data accessed — is the sole responsibility of the user operating the tool. Hustle Hard Services is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content published or interacted with via the application. Users must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Standards, and all applicable laws when publishing content or managing comments.

Scheduled Posts

The post scheduler requires the application to remain running. Hustle Hard Services is not liable for missed or failed scheduled posts if the process is stopped, the device is shut down, or connectivity to the Meta Graph API is interrupted.

No Uptime Guarantee

HHS Social Agent is a local tool, not a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No uptime, availability, or service-level guarantees apply. The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the application at any time without notice.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of HHS Social Agent complies with the terms and policies of all third-party services the application connects to, including the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API terms, Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, OpenAI’s usage policies, and Anthropic’s usage policies.
