We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your consent — when you explicitly authorize us to share your information
  • Service providers — trusted partners who help us deliver our services (e.g., payment processors, email delivery services), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Service fulfillment — when sharing is required to complete a service you requested
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer as part of that transaction

5 Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Career documents and correspondence are typically retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.

6 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures — including encryption, secure servers, and access controls — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of your rights, contact us at support@hustlehardservices.com.

8 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand usage patterns. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

The Client Portal uses cookies or similar sign-in technology to help keep your account session active while you use the portal. You can end your portal session by signing out.

You can control or disable cookie settings through your browser preferences. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

9 Client Portal

The Hustle Hard Services Client Portal is a private workspace for active clients. It may be used to view project, order, document, and maintenance request status; send and receive messages; download completed deliverables; view signed agreements associated with your account; update limited profile information; and receive service-related notifications.

Portal accounts may be created or activated through an invitation, password setup, or password reset process. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for contacting us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Files, messages, profile information, and service updates available in the portal are used to support the services you requested and to help us communicate with you during your engagement.

We may send transactional portal emails, including account invitations, password reset messages, project or document status updates, reply notifications, deliverable-ready notices, maintenance request updates, and reminder emails when a message is waiting. These service-related messages are separate from optional marketing communications.

The portal is intended for service management and file delivery, not permanent file storage. We may retain portal records, messages, and files for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward, and we may close or deactivate portal access after a service is completed, after inactivity, or when needed for security or administrative reasons.

11 Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt steps to remove it.

12 Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

13 HHS Social Agent — Licensed User Tool

HHS Social Agent is a local, self-hosted social media management tool available to licensed users of Hustle Hard Services for scheduling and publishing content to Facebook Business Pages and connected Instagram professional accounts. Runtime data is stored on the local machine; a Hustle Hard Services server-side relay is used only for the Meta OAuth token exchange so that sensitive credentials are never distributed with the desktop application.

Data Stored by HHS Social Agent

All data is stored locally on the device running the application. This includes:

  • OpenAI and/or Anthropic API keys (for AI-assisted content generation)
  • Facebook Page access token, Page ID, and Page name (for publishing posts to an authorized Page)
  • Generated post captions, hashtags, topics, and scheduling information
  • Knowledge source URLs and cached web page text (for AI context enrichment)
  • Activity logs covering publish events and errors (for internal diagnostics)

No data is sold or shared with third parties. HHS Social Agent communicates exclusively with the services listed below, and only when the tool is actively in use.

Third-Party Services Used

HHS Social Agent may transmit data to the following services only:

  • Facebook Graph API (graph.facebook.com) — to publish posts and manage the Facebook Page connection. Only Pages explicitly authorized by the account owner are accessed. The app requests the minimum necessary permissions: pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, and pages_show_list.
  • Instagram Graph API (graph.facebook.com) — to publish Instagram media, sync and manage comments, and retrieve account insights for connected Instagram professional accounts. Only accounts linked to an authorized Facebook Page are accessed. The app requests the minimum necessary permissions: instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights, instagram_manage_comments, and instagram_manage_contents.
  • Hustle Hard Services OAuth relay (hustlehardservices.com) — to complete the Meta OAuth authorization flow server-side. The relay does not store or retain user access tokens.
  • OpenAI API (api.openai.com) — if OpenAI is selected as the AI provider for content generation. Subject to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com) — if Anthropic/Claude is selected as the AI provider. Subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
  • Your own website URLs — only when a manual knowledge refresh is triggered in the application settings.

What HHS Social Agent Does Not Do

  • Does not collect, transmit, or store any data from website visitors or customers
  • Does not use analytics or telemetry
  • Does not use cookies (it is not a public web service)
  • Does not retain Facebook or Instagram access tokens on any remote server — posts and media exist only locally and on the respective platforms after publishing
  • Does not access any Facebook Page or Instagram account that has not been explicitly authorized by the account owner
