Introduction

Hustle Hard Services & Solutions LLC (“Hustle Hard Services,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how HHS Bill Scheduler (“the App”) handles information when you use it on your desktop computer (macOS or Windows).

The App is built on a local-first model: financial scheduling data you enter is stored on your device, not on our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Information We Collect

Data stored locally by the App. Data you enter — such as bill names, due dates, and payment amounts — is saved directly on your device. We do not have access to this data through the App’s normal operation.

Data processed through optional features. Certain optional features may involve limited data exchange:

  • Files you choose to import or export (CSV, JSON)
  • App preferences and settings stored locally on your device
  • Update metadata retrieved when you manually check for updates

The App does not include analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or behavioral tracking tools. We do not collect usage statistics or behavioral data automatically.

Data you voluntarily share with us. When you contact us for support or submit a bug report, you may choose to provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Device platform (macOS or Windows) and app version
  • Screenshots or log files you choose to attach

Providing this information is entirely voluntary and at your discretion. You are not required to share it.

How We Use Your Information

We use information you voluntarily submit solely to:

  • Respond to your support request or bug report
  • Diagnose and improve app performance and reliability
  • Send you important notices about the App, such as critical updates or security advisories

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to data brokers.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other applicable state privacy laws.

We may disclose limited information only when:

  • You explicitly send us data, such as logs or screenshots attached to a support request
  • Disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal process

Data Retention

Data within the App remains on your device until you delete it, use the in-app Reset feature, or uninstall the App. We have no access to and no control over this data.

Information you submit to us, such as a support email, is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your inquiry, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

Your App data is stored locally on your device. We encourage you to use device-level protections — such as a strong password, disk encryption (FileVault on macOS, BitLocker on Windows), and regular backups — to safeguard your data.

For information you transmit to us, we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no method of electronic storage or data transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of where you live, you may at any time:

  • Delete all App data using the Reset feature or by uninstalling the App
  • Request deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us
  • Opt out of marketing communications by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law — for example, the right to access, correct, or port your personal data under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@hustlehardservices.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

HHS Bill Scheduler is designed for adults managing personal or household finances. The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at support@hustlehardservices.com so we may promptly delete it.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on our website and update the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of the App after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
